Please note, there is no event parking available for Dazzle at Market Hall or Devonport Guildhall so please use alternative transport.

Shuttle Bus – A dedicated City Bus shuttle service will be in operation throughout Dazzle. The DAZ1 bus will operate a looped service, from Derry’s Cross to Mutton Cove, James St calling at request stops along the route.

Services to Devonport – 21 from Royal Parade (bus stop A1), 21A or 14 Royal Parade (bus stop A2) towards Devonport, Service 34 on Chapel Street, and 36 from Royal Parade (bus stop A2, Mon-Fri term time).
The closest bus stop is Chapel Street which is 4 minutes’ walk from the Market Hall.

By Train
The closest train station is Devonport which is a 15 minute walk away. Plymouth train station is slightly further away in the City centre. From the station you can either walk or get a bus to Western Approach and then change onto either the 21 Spark, 21A Spark, 21B or 14 bus which will take you to Devonport. The closest bus stop is Chapel Street which is 4 minutes’ walk from Market Hall.
By Foot
- Stonehouse Creek to Market Hall – 14 mins walk
- Western Approach Car Park to Market Hall – 30mins walk
- Torpoint Ferry – 13 mins walk
Dazzle is situated within a residential area, please be considerate of residents when travelling to the festival by taking public transport and please leave quietly.
Accessibility
Market Hall – Wheelchair friendly entrance on the west side of the building. Accessible toilet facilities, and lift access to upper floors and an accessible bar.
Devonport Guildhall – Wheelchair friendly entrance on the east side of the building. Accessible toilet facilities, and lift access to upper floor.
Toilets
We have accessible toilets at Market Hall and Devonport Guildhall, there will also be an accessible toilet located at our third festival area, Zone N. For further information whilst on site, please speak to a member of staff.
Food vendors & other activities
We’re delighted to welcome a number of local food vendors to Dazzle, who will have delicious hot drinks, savoury snacks and sweet treats on offer throughout the event, catering for a range of dietary requirements.
Alongside our food vendors, the Market Hall and Devonport Guildhall will be serving alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments, including hot drinks.

We’ll also have Cher’s Funky Faces offering face painting and other dazzling activities in our third festival area, Zone N.
Special Openings
27th Feb: Local community ‘first look’
- The local community living in Devonport are invited to attend an exclusive ‘first look’ at Dazzle on Thursday 27 February from 5:30-6:30pm. The special preview just for Devonport residents will offer a unique opportunity to experience the festival before it opens to the wider public, as a thank you for being at the heart of Dazzle.
